We were met at the property by a young gentleman called Jack. He was extremely helpful, answered all of our questions in a professional manner whilst giving us the space and freedom to walk around the property.Our application was dealt with by Ranj. Ranj has been extremely helpful during the application process, listening to everything we had to say, answered any questions we had in a timely and professional manner. Ranj was always more than happy to answer the phone if we thought of any last minute questions. She has been amazing at keeping us updated through the application process, speaking either on the phone or via email a couple of times a day. Nothing has been too much trouble for Ranj, she has been completely understanding of our situation ensuring things go through smoothly and quickly for us.
