When I contacted customer service, I was initially told they would resend the order, but they later reversed that and refused to do so. Instead, they offered a 60% refund. After going back and forth with them, they increased the offer to a 90% refund—but as of a week later, I still have not received any refund.The responses from customer service were inconsistent and very frustrating, and the situation has still not been resolved. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from this company.
