Lowie & Liv are a scam company - they falsely advertise their products and dropship items that look nothing like the pictures - my experience with them was frustrating from start to finish. I ordered a fleece-linef jacket that looked high quality on their website, but what arrived was nothing like it — a completely different material and design that felt cheap and looked nothing like the photos. When I reached out to their support, they initially offered a replacement, without explanation of why the jacket looked nothing like the picture.When I requested a refund, they asked me to post the jacket back to an address in Guangzhou, China, at my own expense. Their own refund policy states that return costs are covered when the issue is their mistake, and they even admitted in writing that the incorrect item was their fault. Despite this, they later went back on their word and offered partial refunds (first 25%, then 65%) to get me to drop the matter. It was clear they were trying to avoid paying for return shipping or processing a proper refund.Don't order from these guys and if you have ordered, DO NOT PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING to China; instead, contact your bank and request a chargeback for a falsely advertised product. Save all email evidence and photos, as that’s usually enough for your bank to reverse the transaction. In short, steer clear — this company is not what it pretends to be.
