I still haven't received my parcel. It's t.royal mail 4 times they have said they have been but have lied. I was in all 4 days plus one of my granddaughters stayed Thursday and Friday. We couldn't believe the message coming through saying we've tried to deliver your parcel but no one was in. If I hadn't of needed it so much for my 8 grandchildren and great grandson it wouldn't matter as much. Well saying that it does matter. Why do they lie and get away with it. You have no way possible of speaking to anyone. They have not got back to my messages. If it hasn't come in a couple of days it won't be coming. Apparently they are known for this.
