I received two glass Christmas ornaments intended for video, packed in flimsy boxes with plastic wrap. Unsurprisingly, one was broken, and the other was nearly functional but not working. I paid $68 for shipping. Their response was a $7 refund, then $12, then $20, and that was it. They show no concern for customer satisfaction. It's disappointing.
