This seller sold me 13 translation earphones for $130.00 for a holiday gift. They arrived a month late and weren't actually translation devices. They offered a total refund of $13, then $26, claiming they sent the correct items, which they did not. After numerous exchanges, it’s clear this is a complete scam! Save your money; they are unhelpful and won't correct their mistakes. Now they say I can return them at my expense but won’t issue a full refund. Buyer beware!
