Bought front brake pads/discs from LR Parts and ended up with loud squealing from NSF. When I asked for help, their returns process is not fit for purpose. They expect you to remove the parts, post them back at your own expense, and then sit and wait while the manufacturer “tests” them. No replacement, no temporary solution, nothing.
So my family car would be off the road for who knows how long. How is that acceptable for a daily‑use vehicle?
I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
