THIEFS!I cancelled an online course after some days of signing up. The course was not up to my expectations so I cancelled within the time I could be fully refund, according to what they told me by email, before joining.After several emails with Jennie Payne - Senior Educational Consultant, who always said that "they are looking into it", I haven't received the refund.I also tramitted the cancellation through my bank but the refund was also denied to them. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!
