I am appreciative of the prompt manner in which LSBF attended to the issue raised. I can confirm that the refund was processed within 24 hours and i expect to receive credit within five working days hence i am adjusting the review ratings to reflect the level of professionalism by the refund team. -------------------------------------------I registered in January 5th for March diet and the team was not responsive so i got my bank to reverse the payment. They finally got in touch in February to advise that i sat for June exams but i declined as i had started with another tutor provider for March diet. To my utmost surprise, they debited my account and threw it into overdraft after the March diet exams. I have reached out severally and even gotten a call from them with verbal assurances that i will be refunded. The payment has not been reversed. There has been zero updates. I get passed around as support says it is refund team and refund team says i have been map to someone. It is just so hectic. Why would they debit me again after two months for a service that was not provided. It has been 12 days of chasing and still no refund yet
