LSBF is undoubtedly a well-respected institution with a strong international reputation in business and management education. That’s exactly why I chose to apply for a Postgraduate Diploma program — I truly believed in the quality of education and global outlook the school offers.Initially, I applied for the Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing. Since the program did not open, I informed my education consultant that I would like to switch to the Management program instead. Unfortunately, despite several attempts, my consultant has still not received any response from LSBF.For a school with such a high academic standing, I expected a more efficient and responsive admissions process. The lack of communication has been quite disappointing and stressful for someone trying to make a well-planned decision about their academic future.I sincerely hope the admissions team improves their communication with both applicants and consultants. I still look forward to joining LSBF, but this experience has raised concerns that I didn’t expect from such a prestigious institution.
