I paid for online course to sit exam in December. I then received a phone call saying that I missed the deadline and was not able to attend the course. An email was sent where I needed to fill out a form to get a refund. The refund can take up to 45 working days and an admin charge will be deducted from refund when I was not at fault! No mention on the website that I have missed the deadline - I should not have been able to pay for course if this was the case!
