I reached out to the service because I hadn't received a service charge bill I was expecting. We've had many issues with undelivered mail here. I was promptly connected to a representative who clarified that the bill had been sent at the end of November—however, there was no sign of it here. She emailed me the bill within 5 minutes and confirmed the amount due over the phone. Thank you!
