Liars and can’t be trusted.

I was emailed a bonus on the 23rd of November saying I had till the 25th to claim it. I didn’t see the email till the 24th and quickly went to the website to claim. But there was no bonus to be found. I went under my bonus history and seen where that bonus was canceled. Not by me I will say. So I reached out to support to find out how to claim it. I was told that they canceled all the bonuses because there was an error in the waging portion of the bonus and add a new bonus .I was told that they canceled all the bonuses because there was a error in the waging portion of the bonus and add a new bonus would be really shortly at that time. I felt like the guy was blowing smoke because I would’ve seen a second email telling me to disregard the bonus email. I have been reaching out every day since knowing that if I didn’t, I would probably miss out on the new bonus and that’s when today I reached somebody different I guess and he told me that bonus was now expired and I asked him what do you mean when did it expire And he said two days ago meaning the 25th well I thought there was an error in the bonus and that’s when he went on to give me another excuse about how some people were meant to get the bonus and some weren’t blah blah blah but if that was the case, why did the first guy tell me there was an error in that bonus and that a new one would be released shortly if I wasn’t qualified for the bonus why did I get an email saying such? Why was it in my bonus history and then told two different stories about the bonus itself. I don’t know why these places love playing games. It’s beyond me that places like this will treat players like this who would wanna come back and play after being treated like this don’t you want customers but yet you do this to players you think that’s gonna gain them or you think they’re not gonna make reviews like this that’s gonna tell others about how they treat people And it’s not gonna hurt your business. Come on guys what’s wrong with y’all?
