I purchased the Nimbleback 68% (LTC NB681) in March 2022 and it was plug-and-play, felt great, and had the perfect punch/volume for the key sounds. It randomly stopped working June 2023 so I emailed LTC and they answered promptly, we did some trouble shooting, and I ultimately needed a replacement--and the new one was on my doorstep in just a few days. They even emailed me to follow-up to ensure it's working! This product is an excellent value, and with this quality customer service LTC will be getting my business and referrals for years to come.
