We engaged LTI Transformations to restore the rough cast surfaces of our house. Right from the start they explained the process thoroughly and clearly. When it came to doing the work, Peter and Mel were brilliant throughout. They appeared on time, set to work and were approachable and friendly at all times. Nothing was too much bother, and they did a professional job right to the end, including clearing up the site. We can't praise them too highly-great ambassadors for the company.
