We have just had work completed by Lti Transformations and are incredibly happy with the quality. The overall look of the finish and attention to detail is great. We were initially visited by Marco who was very professional and friendly and quoted us a price. Following this our house was revisited by George who assessed all of the work needed. I think at this point a lot more work was needed on our old house that was initially thought. However, Lti sorted all of this with no impact to ourselves or our initial quote.It took about 4/5 weeks to get started, a lot of that due to weather or other aspects, but timescales were made clear at the start and communication was good throughout. Chloe kept us really well informed and was always quick at replying to emails or queries.Thomas and his team completing the rendering repairs were great, the work looks fantastic, they worked for about 5 days on our house and they even cleaned up the neighbour’s house and car from dust. Daniel and Aidan from Lti completed the final stages of washing down and applying the coating. Again, can’t fault them. Really professional and friendly, even working through a heatwave. They kept us informed throughout and made sure to inform neighbours for the pressure washing etc. The quality of the finish speaks for itself, the house is looking fantastic, and this stage only took them a couple of days. This was definitely a large investment, However, despite the cost it feels as if this will last well past the 15 year guarantee, so overall good value.
