I live in an area with a large number of elderly residents, many of whom have been taken advantage of by doorstep scammers. As such, our area is designated a "No Cold Calling" zone.Apparently LTi have told their staff that if they are working in the area, this gives them an exemption to the no cold calling zone. It doesn't.Looking through these reviews, it seems like this a "company policy" and that they only seek forgivness when caught and someone complains.Reported to Police and Trading Standards. Have provided CCTV footage of their employee, in LTi uniform, arguing that the law does not apply to him.
