On your website, it states that delivery takes 2–5 business days.However, it has now been 7 business days, and the parcel has not moved since February 12. Today is February 17, and the tracking still shows no updates!! I am disappointed, as I ordered in advance to ensure it would arrive on time.It has also been difficult to get in touch with your customer service.
