I bought a ring for a friend in November as a Christmas present. Sadly it was too small. I emailed right after Christmas, asking if I could send it back in the original packaging and switch it out to to a bigger ring. Customer Service replied, I have to open a return and order a new ring. Unfortunately, it was too late and I could not open a return anymore. Since then I emailed multiple times, no reply. I even send it back to the address on the website on my own cost with a letter containing the order number and if they could please switch it to a bigger size. It came back. I emailed again. No reply. I am ashamed that my friend has to wait that long for a ring that fits her. I didn't even want a refund, just a different size 😔 I know Customer Care is super busy around Christmas and in January, but it's now the middle of February and no help in sight. Very disappointed. (The ring is beautiful though, so sad no one can wear it)
