I ordered a ring on March 11th, it is now today May 16th and I still haven't received anything. I contacted them on April 11th, they answered quickly, verified my address (which was correct in the first place) and told me they were going to send my order again, which was nice. But now, again, one month later, nothing is here. I just requested a full reimbursement and hope I won"t have to fight this. There is also no way of tracking the order, and this should be possible.
