I bought a necklace as a Christmas gift for my daughter on the 14th of December, I was never able to track the package so I contacted the company on WhatsApp and Instagram, and I had zero response. It finally arrived on the 28th and to my surprise when I opened it, the necklace is all tangled, I’m wary of undoing it not to break it. Definitely not recommend it. I spent almost 40 euro on it.
