No possibility to track the order! I bought some rings during Black Friday and I was super looking forward to it. However it has been 14 days now and they still have not arrived. When I asked for a tracking number the customer service said they sent it as a letter so there’s no way to track it. I don’t know if they do this on purpose or not to save delivery costs, but I think it’s highly unprofessional for them not to allow a tracking of the order. I’m still waiting for the customer service to tell me what options I have now. But if they do not offer any compensation I’d be very disappointed and will not recommend this store to anyone.
