They confirmed receipt and stated I would receive my refund in 10-14 business days. After three weeks, I still had no refund. After sending more emails, I was informed it would take another 2-3 weeks for the billing department to respond. I called customer service, where a representative with limited English informed me my case was sent to a manager. I expressed my frustration and promised to share my experience on social media.
