If I could leave zero stars, I would. Customer Service is so bad, I wouldn't buy from them even if the products were amazing. They sent 2 "free" products with first order and automatically enrolled those products in auto-ship that can't be returned or refunded. I returned the other product through the correct channels with an RMA number and 3 weeks after they received it, still no refund despite several emails saying they will issue it as soon as "inspected." Package was never opened. Received a reply to this review asking me to email support. I now emailed support TWELVE times. How about looking at the emails I have already sent, providing tracking showing you have had it since Oct. 27 and issue a refund!
