While the shop has great prices and a wide range of items, they also have the worst customer service I've ever seen. It's like talking to a wall. I requested, it two separate orders that a specific shipping company be used. In both instances they confirmed that they will, and then just sent via whatever company they chose. Basically, once you pay, you're on your own.Luckily there is good competition out there with the same prices, and a customer services that actually cares.Never again.
