Ordered a watch around 450 Euro in may 2023. I asked the customer service to please check the watch as it was going to be an international shipment with customsissues. The watch was claimed beeing checked and sent to me. The Seiko watch appeared to be faulty and unusable. The waterproof buttons fell off right when I took it out the box. I sent the watch back, it never arrived, stuck in the netherland post as the tracking tells me.... I made the mistake to send a package without insurance, they were participating in this episode by sending rubbish to me. I can prove the watches state with photos and videos. However they refused to acknowledge that they were playing a part in this unlucky development. I am left with 70 Euro Customs, 70 Euro shipping costs (back and forth) and 480 Euro Costs for the watch. Money all gone, watch gone. I would have expected to somehow meet in the middle...
