Recently bought a new pair of 2,200 dollar boots in El Paso Texas, when I got home and removed from box, I noticed a slice in the leather, from when made, I immediately contacted them and sent pics, they told me to bring them in, once they received them, they sent boots to Dallas tx, they would not honor their warranty or craftsmanship!
