This is my 3rd pair of Lucchese boots. Product is wonderful. First time ordering through website. It was not clear to me that orders over $300 required a signature. Missed FedEx multiple times, had issue holding order at alt location. Finally drove out to FedEx hub to get my order off the truck.Aren’t most of your orders over $300? Could this not be set up as a clear FedEx location hold option or a waiver at order entry? I probably won’t use your website again.
