Your stores are understaff for customer service plus they don't have much product. Everyone was nice but did not have time for the customers. (I noticed a lot of customers complaining and leaving the store because they were unable to get serviced.)Also I bought a boot on line and wanted to return it to the Santa Fe store and they said they cannot not accept the return. I wanted to exchange for a different style and since they did not have it in the store they said that they would transfer it from another store to the Santa Fe( So I can try it on for sizing and not familiar with the square or pointed toe) store which they never did, nor did they ever call me to follow through. I called that store at least 3-4 times and once was placed on hold and no one ever came back to the phone.Bottom line is that I will give the customer service online a 4 but the store gets a 2 and that was generous.
