I ordered and paid for my lamp on October 19th, but it never arrived. The company provided a tracking number, indicating it's been at a local warehouse since mid-November. I keep getting told the delivery issue is being looked into, but that seems untrue. I plan to report this to the Better Business Bureau. Save yourself the trouble and money; do not order from this company.
