I purchased BG 'Smart' wifi GU10 bulbs, but they won't connect to wifi due to an issue with the app. Even after switching to 2.4GHz, the app insists on a 5GHz connection and won't connect. The response time was very slow, and they just repeated the advice from the packaging. When I explained the problem with the app, the response was just to uninstall and reinstall, but the issue persists.
