I first used this product, because I play netball weekly. With lots of knee injuries, I decided to give this Balm a try. I was skeptical at first, as I've tried everything on the market, and spent a truck load of money on broken promises. I've been playing netball for well over 20 years and I'm totally fed up of walking around like Robocop due to patella problems, a stretched tendon behind the knee. I was instructed to use this 2/3 times a day, and straight after exercising, but I only managed it once a day, before bed. I rubbed the ointment gently onto my knee, which is light and easy to apply, not thick or difficult to rub in, and I spent no more than a 1 minute doing so. I felt a reassuring mild heat from the balm, which carries that authentic balmy smell, but doesn't linger on like some other balms I've used before and nowhere near as pungent. By the 3rd day, I had no pain whats so ever and no more knee clicking. I couldn't believe it. Fantastic purchase!!I would highly recommend this balm as it works really well. Great value and the ointment goes a really long way. Best of all, I can now finally stop taking ibuprofen.
