I ordered what was presented as a linen suit. After placing my order, I noticed the term "Blend" in the fine print. Not ideal. I attempted to cancel the order but received a message stating that once processed, they cannot issue a refund, despite their site claiming easy returns within 30 days. Their policy states: Yes, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Just contact our customer service team...and we’ll take care of the rest—whether it’s a smooth refund or exchange. Quite the contrary. From misleading advertising to untruths about their policy. I plan to file a complaint with my bank. Terrible experience.
