This company is completely unprofessional. After I had an issue, their customer support actually replied: “If you keep behaving like this, you can go ahead and figure it out yourself.” What a joke. On top of that, I’ve been waiting over 5 days without receiving my product, and they stopped replying altogether. So first you made a mistake and then you started blaming us for it. Moreover you tried to warn others from buying cause of your inability to provide a correct address. What a joke! I don’t have to help you in that case since it’s totally your fault, but I will regardless. You will have to contact the local carrier in order to change your delivery address or just provide them with more clear instructions.
