They are not based in the USA - they are based in china. This is a business running unprofessionally and do not recommend to buy from them. I bought two pairs of shoes, extremely too expensive for the quality! its so cheap the quality and not worth the money. The customer service team are not customer centric and will not help you if there is an issue. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ITS A SCAM!!!!
