Lucis’s onboarding process is extremely messy and disorganized, making it difficult to book appointments and receive clear instructions. The platform is buggy, and there are frequent inconsistencies in communication, such as conflicting appointment dates and varying pre-test requirements. Results take a long time to appear in the app, and the overall experience lacks reliability. As a startup, these issues are understandable, but the lack of consistency and professionalism makes it hard to trust them with sensitive health data. I would not recommend Lucis until they significantly improve their systems and communication flows.
