I recently won some money. I sent in all documents and my account is verified and all of my documents. When I ask how long the money will take to get to me, they just repeat "allow our dedicated team time to process your withdrawl". They can't give me a straight answer and I am still waiting 3 days later. Now they don't respond to me at all. I sent an email, this morning, asking for them to tell me how long until I receive my winnings. 3 Hours and I still have no response. Update* I received the winnings in my bank account last night after I went to bed. At least I now know how long it takes to process withdrawls in the event that I am lucky again!
