If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed 6th in the jingle bets tournament which ended new years eve 2023. The tournament was from Gamzix and advertised 25,000€ euros to the top scoring 50 players. (I have screenshots of the advertisement and rules and all the 120 places) They however did not pay the 25,00€ to the top 50 they paid 7400€ to the top 3 players. Neglected to pay the other 17,600€ to the 47 other top scoring players. I've been talking to customer service everyday for at least 5 days now. And it's the same thing everyday. (I also have screenshots of the conversations and them reassuring me that the bonus will be added soon, to were waiting for a reply from the provider, to its been escalated to the manager please check back in a cpl hours x3) I have yet to receive the prize for 6th place or even receive a decent update on the payment. And I don't think I ever will. Don't waste your time or money even the bonus wheel. All your gonna get is 20-50 free spins.
