Initially thought it was just variance, but I've come to realize they allowed me to win in the beginning. Now that I’m a regular customer depositing a lot, I seldom win more than my weekly deposits. I’ve deposited over $100 daily for two months and withdrawn only about $150 in the last month, which is disappointing. They seem to intentionally limit wins through a laggy interface, disconnects during wins, and poor customer support. I would join a class action against this dubious service.
