I've been on this place since it's very early days. The style is modern and appealing. They contract with 3rd party game makers such as bgaming, endorphina, belatra, 3 oaks and many others so you have a wide variety to choose from. There's a few things i wish they would fix that are more on the minor side. These include things like a reload bug that reloads the whole page every like 10 to 20 seconds(happens seldomly tho) completely unprompted, interrupting gameplay. The chat page needs better programming, it lags sometimes and messages don't appear at all, although that is an uncommon occurrence. And a couple other pretty insignificant things that are a minor annoyance rather than an issue. But aside from this, it has an easy to use layout. Easy on the eyes graphics. Decent enough support to where real issues actually do get dressed quickly. I've had a couple real and urgent issues I brought to their attention and both times they got addressed in less than 24 hours. While i have figured out a temporary solution for the reload bug that works most of the time(just close out every tab you have open of lb and bring up a new tab, your browser will auto insert luckybird.io/ when you begin typing - do not hit enter - delete the / and then proceed. Idk why but this works for me over half the time). And the chat bug is more of an annoyance cuz you can just repeat what message didn't appear. If i could I'd do 4.5 stars cuz of the few things i listed, but aside from those this is a good site, almost all withdraws happen instantly, the community can be fun(sometimes i just go on to chat and not even play) and it's aesthetically pleasing with an easy to navigate layout. I do wish their bonuses were better, more on last with others but it's also better than some of the others (like gamba for e.g. which has crap bonuses afaik) but i guess that can improve over time as they get more customers.
