I am working with customer service at the moment, but what a nightmare it has become shopping online with Lucky Brand. I have tried to combine returns, and they have lost my items. They returned one item and "lost" the rest. They said I need to buy multiple return labels, which are $8 per label because their system doesn't allow you to combine orders onto a label. I've gotten multiple orders due to gift cards I have been trying to get rid of, and their constant cancellation of orders. DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS FOR THIS BUSINESS. I have been a loyal customer exclusively (not joking) wearing their jeans for over a decade now, but I think I am going to try and find a retailer that sells near me. I got a gift card I have been desperately trying to get rid of for 3 months now. They constantly cancel orders for sale items even though their system says they have 2 or more in stock, leaving you with extra money on it and a bunch of orders and returns you need to pay for. Now they "lost" my returned items while returning the one from the shipment that was attached to the label. They get two stars because it seems their customer service is genuinely trying to help me right now, but if this changes, I will be filing a complaint and dropping to one star. I should not have to buy obscene amounts of return shipping because a company can't get simple logistics sorted out. I included the info needed to them. Packages are weighed.
