Dear Lucky Brand Customer Service,I am writing to formally express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the advertisements for your Addison line. I was appalled by the overtly sexual and pornographic nature of the window marketing display. Such imagery is not only highly inappropriate but also offensive and damaging—especially in a public setting where families, children, and community members are exposed to it. Even more troubling, your store is located directly next to Lego, a playground, a kids’ arcade, baby stores, and other family-centered businesses. This placement makes the marketing choice especially irresponsible and extremely poor judgment.I have already filed complaints with the store where I witnessed the display and with the mall management. However, I believe it is equally important to communicate my concerns directly to Lucky Brand as the source of this advertising.Your brand has long been associated with quality and style, but this campaign undermines that reputation. I urge Lucky Brand to reconsider the use of such explicit and inappropriate advertising and to adopt marketing that reflects respect, responsibility, and inclusivity. Please confirm that my complaint has been received and advise what steps your company intends to take to address this matter.
