Lucky Brands online service is AWFUL! I received an ad showing discounts for my favorite jeans. Not only did I receive mismarked product but also received product that was marked correctly and was not the size it was marked. Ordered 2 pair of exactly the same product, same size, and one fit and the other didn’t.When I tried to get it replaced with the correct product they were out of stock. When the product is correct I really like it. It’s just difficult to filter thru the wrong sizing to get the right product.All this and then they charged me back for the discount that I received for returning some of the products because of their errors. Awful company to deal with. NEVER will I buy online from them again.
