At the end of the season, I washed the jacket on gentle per instructions and one of the seams split open. So I reached out to customer service. I initiated the conversation with Shaunae. She asked for the order number and then abruptly ended the chat before I had a chance to respond. I initiated the chat again, but this time it was Ian. After explaining the situation, he said there was nothing Lucky can do since it was beyond the 60 day return window and further they don’t accept any products that were worn anyway. I thought Lucky was considered a premium brand that stood behind their quality, but now I know otherwise.
