Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. After sending me the wrong jeans 6 weeks ago, they are doing everything in their power not to provide a resolution. They keep blaming system errors and glitches. If they have been having system glitches for 6 weeks, then they need to fire their entire IT team. However, it seems as though something deeper is going on as I am seeing the same stories from various other people. It seems as though either Lucky Brand has been sold to some fly by the night company or they have outsourced their customer service and have been given the guidance to never ever do anything to actually provide a resolution to the customers who have been wronged.All I wanted was for them to send me the proper jeans that I ordered 6 weeks ago and to include a return label so that I can send back the pair that they mistakenly sent me, but they are refusing to do so.Lucky used to be a great brand, but after this experience I question if I will ever order from them again. There is a reason Lucky Brand has an F rating from the Better Business Bureau.
