I have been trying to buy 4 pairs of jeans and a belt from this company through their website. I’ve tried this on 5 separate occasions, all of which have been cancelled by the company. When contacting them they claim that my billing address does not match the shipping address. Their representatives I had spoken with indicated they resolved the issue just for the order to be cancelled again. I tried 3 different cards and a debit, tried PayPall as well … hell I even cut-n-pasted my address directly from my CC company … and all were canceled. I don’t know if thier reps were competent in their job or lacked basic language skills but their accent was extremely difficult to understand.I’m tired of all these cancelled orders placed an order with Robin’s Jeans and had no problems.Lucky really needs to resolve this issue as they just lost a customer of 10+ years.
