Echoing what others have said, the online return policy is ludicrous.I received a pair of jeans missing the belt loops. My choices were to pay to return the jeans, or visit the store in person to return. I realized too late that the Lucky store had closed. My option was to call them and negotiate a return via mail, which they refused.I elevated to a supervisor, Paula, who eventually agreed to issue an immediate refund if I sent photos.I did this, Paula responded, then someone else started emailing to start the process over from the beginning, saying they had to receive the faulty jeans before they would give the refund.Every email started with the same sentence, as if robots are running customer service.Needless to say, extremely frustrated. Although I've been a customer of Lucky for 20 years, I will not longer shop the brand due to the downturn in quality and service. Bye, Bye Lucky.
