He ordered two pair of jeansHis grandmother got the order yesterday and in the package was not his jeansIt was a women sweater instead.In the package slip it clearly says two jeans that he ordered Called customer service last night they told him since it was the warehouse mistake to go to the nearest store and do a wrong item extraMy son drove a hr from home to Clinton in CT and know they are giving him an extremely hard. They want him to pay those jeans againAll u guys want from your customer is moneyYour jeans are expensive as it is and know u can’t guarantee your warehouse mixtapeVery very poor customer service especially during the holidays So know my son has to wait after Christmas to reorder his jeans cause it takes 5 to 7 business day to credit the card backI will no longer be shopping at this store
