They ran a scratcher ticket “ LadyLuck x American Outlaws Reloaded Cataboom” and I won $200 SC. I have not received that credit and when I’ve contacted support and the casino through FB messenger the only thing that I’ve been told is that it has been escalated to a dedicated team. This is just plain ridiculous. Don’t run a contest if you don’t plan to honor it. I am VERY unhappy with how this casino is running their promos and crediting their customers.
