They wouldn’t honor the 50% off promo. There was a website glitch where I tried clicking but was unable to purchase it during the time it was available.I contacted customer support, and they added it back to my account (at a past time that wouldn’t work) and then when I told them that it wouldn’t work they said it had expired. Yes, it would have expired if it was set for a past date and time…My experience hasn’t been good here since joining. Luckyland needs to make sure their customer service is responsive and not just autotyping responses and disregarding customer concerns.
